Our Waterbrook Bowral Resort is another exciting step in our evolution.

Now open, Waterbrook Bowral (formerly Our Lady Of The Sacred Heart School) is located in a prestigious, semi-rural enclave fronting Centennial Road, Bowral. The iconic nature and vastness of the 17ha site, called for a very special development. Waterbrook completely refurbished and remodelled the existing historic buildings on the site to house the finest Resort facilities and services, for which Waterbrook is synonymous. A collection of 135 residences is sensitively placed around the original, magnificent gardens and school buildings.

Waterbrook has collaborated with architectural firm, Marchese Partners International and interior designer Lorena Gaxiola and the result has lead to a combined artistry in conceptualising, planning and creating a design that is beautifully inspirational and a joy to live in. The development will be designed around the existing historic buildings and gardens and will have an old Bowral meets modern Bowral theme.

The use of natural stone and timber materials blend perfectly within its environment, the Resort is designed purposefully to lay gently within the historic gardens. The development will feature large set backs and sensitive separations between dwellings.
