We have listened intently to our Residents over the past 18 years and we ensure our design teams are briefed to create spaces that work for our Residents, now and into the future; perfect synergies between form and function.

Designs that just work

There is an art to easy living, which is why our Residents will probably never notice some of the exquisite details that we have incorporated into their residences. They may not see them, but they will love them just the same. We draw on the best design minds and human behaviourists to understand how homes are lived in well.
However, the secret to making a residence a true home, is how our Residents choose to enhance it – treasured possessions, memories and shared laughter create the joy.

Waterbrook’s contemporary designs, coupled with the use of natural materials, blend perfectly within our environments. The Resorts are designed purposefully to lay gently within their landscapes, sustainability is a key focus of our building innovation. We integrate energy efficient systems and design, ensuring resource and cost efficiencies, whilst maintaining a low impact on the natural environment.

Safe and secure

We create residences that are secure, 24/7 in-house emergency call systems, CCTV monitoring and your Concierge staff that are always there when you need them.

Designated secure lock-up garages and generous visitor parking areas are provided for the convenience for our Residents and their guests.

Make moving an experience

We believe moving home should be a joyous experience, which is why our complimentary Waterbrook moving package has been tailored for our Residents. We take the worry away by assisting our Residents with all of the necessary arrangements to organise, pack, sell and re-establish in their new Waterbrook home. We care for precious items, place furniture, hang art and take care of every detail. We will also ensure our Residents’ fridges are stocked with essentials, ready for their arrival. Our priority is for a seamless and enjoyable transition.
