Waterbrook Lifestyle Resort

Waterbrook Greenwich was completed in 2008 and set a new benchmark for seniors retirement living in Australia. The 78 apartment Resort was developed on a 1.3-hectare site 5.5 kilometres from the Sydney CBD at Greenwich, one of Sydney’s blue ribbon Lower North Shore suburbs. The collaboration between the architect and interior designer is evident throughout the Resort, whilst the luxury and sense of style that is experienced whilst inside the individual apartments continues to flow throughout the Resort.

From the moment of entering the grand entrance foyer, Residents and guests are surrounded by exceptional design and finishing. Environmental and ecological sustainability in design and development were at the forefront of the property’s design process for the award-winning architects Marchese + Partners International, resulting in Waterbrook Greenwich being awarded the Urban Design Institute of Australia NSW Award for Excellence – Seniors Living.

The multiple award-winning Waterbrook Yowie Bay Lifestyle Resort in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire was Waterbrook’s debut entry into Australia’s retirement sector. Completed in 2001, the Yowie Bay Resort contains 86 apartments and set a new benchmark in design, lifestyle, service, security and care. It was the start of Waterbrook’s retirement revolution.

Set on 1.65 hectares of lush gardens and incorporating magnificent open spaces, Waterbrook paved the way for a new retirement living experience. Waterbrook at Yowie Bay was a revelation in the over 55’s residential lifestyle market. It incorporated all the desirable aspects of a resort, the functionality of a house and the warmth and welcome of a home.
